EyeToy Play: PomPom Party is your chance to pull off some groovy moves and become the coolest cheerleader around. The game comes complete with a real set of pompoms, and as you follow the directions on-screen and wave them to the groove of the music, the EyeToy USB Camera will detect your movements and score your dancing.

EyeToy Play: PomPom Party comes with real pompoms to make any young cheerleader look and feel the part.
The bright and breezy world of cheerleading comes to PlayStation 2, allowing you to perform real dance routines in front of the EyeToy USB Camera using the real pompoms included.
As you appear on-screen, you must move the pink and green pompoms and line them up against the symbols on screen in time to one of 25 funky songs. A troupe of cartoon cheerleaders appears at the bottom of the screen to join in and give you encouragement along the way.
Sometimes you have to move your arms to match the circle and heart shapes on the screen, and using the EyeToy USB Camera's built-in microphone, shouting "party" at the right times gains you bonus points. There are 11 different locations to light up with your dancing, such as a stadium, a shopping mall and a theme park, and keeping in rhythm wins you stars which can be used to unlock new cheerleading outfits.
In Dance Mode, you and a friend can take a pompom each and play together, either co-operatively in Team Mode or against each other in Battle Mode, and up to four players can compete against each other in a tournament. It's a very sociable game, and just as enjoyable to watch other people playing as it is to join in yourself.
One of the best features is the ability to save photographs and videos of your favourite performances to replay whenever you like.
EyeToy Play: PomPom Party is a fun, colourful game that any young aspiring cheerleader will adore. Thanks to the brightly coloured pompoms, the player's movements are tracked perfectly, and with the hilarious video replays and varied multiplayer modes, it's a great party game for players of all ages.
