There's a rumble in the jungle, and who better to sort it than the Ghosts? This way for tense military combat, soldier
There's been a bit of a gap between the original Ghost Recon on PlayStation 2 and this exclusive 'Jungle Storm' update. And it's been missed: Ghost Recon is has always provided a unique flavour of sweaty-palmed combat - something that's only increased in the transfer from Eastern Europe to Cuba and the humid Columbian jungle.
You get to take charge in 16 politically sensitive missions, taking a team of six elite soldiers into battle. The action is divided into two campaigns - Island Thunder, based in Cuba, and the entirely new Jungle Storm campaign, which is exclusive to PlayStation 2. Whichever campaign you're playing though, sharp strategy and quick wits will ensure the Ghosts come out on top again...
New to Ghost Recon: Jungle Storm is a redesigned HUD that makes ordering your men about both easy and versatile. You can control all of the group whenever you wish, or just stick with one soldier and order the others about using the menu system, or even using voice commands through a USB headset!
For the first time on PlayStation 2, you can take the Ghosts online and play missions co-operatively with other players using a Network Adaptor. There's also plenty of adversarial modes if you prefer to face human opponents, with a total of 31 different maps available for online play.
With plenty of challenges for both single players and those looking for some networked action, Jungle Storm offers the best Ghost Recon experience yet! Time to apply the camo and head into the undergrowth...
