Find out which PlayStation Network games have most impressed the PlayStation Community in our latest Obsession Confessions.

After two weeks of discussion over which games have proved the most addictive, the official PlayStation Forum regulars moved onto the next Obsession Confessions topic - their favourite PlayStation®Store downloads. Here are their picks, with quotes from contributors across Australia and New Zealand.

Trine

One game that got me hooked when I wasn't expecting it to was Trine. I wasn't expecting to think "just one more level" with this game but it is scarily addictive, albeit far too short. (Renze)

Blast Factor

I find it very addictive, and hard too. (gavsta72)

Battlefield 1943 and SOCOM: Confrontation

Only two games that will last more than 3 months are Battlefield 1943 and SOCOM: Confrontation. (deserteaglezx)

LocoRoco and Patapon

LocoRoco and Patapon for PSP. They are both very entertaining and unique games.  (Charcoal Dragon)

Battlefield 1943

Simplistic and addictive. Has the bare minimum formula for a first person shooter, and it does it right. Fantastic package for a downloadable game. Recommended for everyone. (McMicka)

Absolutely Battlefield 1943. Just can't get enough! (FROGGEman2)

WipEout HD

You can't go past WipEout HD. I've spent probably almost more hours on that than any retail game this generation. Not only does it have a great community and several difficulties for beginners and veterans, it also has one of the best trophy lists available. Fury also made the game five times better with more game modes and courses!  I love it! Now I want to play it. (Harlequiine)

Definitely has to be WipEout HD, one of the most infuriating games around, but when you have the perfect race, you feel like you can take on anyone and win. (WhiteyNZ)

WipEout HD and Super Stardust HD

You can't go past WipEout HD. Honourable mention should go to Super Stardust HD - the best looking and most addictive $10-15 game available on PSN. Noteworthy also for being the first game ever to implement Trophies. (kiwiatlarge)

PixelJunk Monsters

PixelJunk Monsters put simply, is the best game on the PS3. Not just PSN, but PS3. (BenBen78)

Battlefield 1943, Burn Zombie Burn and Call of Duty: World at War Map Packs

Burn Zombie Burn is great for when you want something simple and fun. Battlefield 1943 is great when you want to blow stuff up and own noobs with a hand tied behind your back. And lastly the Call of Duty: World at War map packs are awesome. (Romansiii)

Thanks to everyone that participated in the discussion. There will be more Obsession Confessions threads in the coming weeks; in the meantime, join the hundreds of conversations happening right now at the official PlayStation Forums.
