In the PlayStation Store Halloween Sale...

Venture over to PlayStation Store and download a glut of games at slashed prices this Halloween. There's a host of offers to take advantage of, including further discounts for PlayStation Plus members, so make sure you flesh out your games collection before the sale decomposes entirely on 7 November 2012.

Some of the highlights include revisiting the hair-raising scenes of zombie carnage in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, escaping the walking dead and squads of deadly troopers in AMY, tracking down your wife and daughter in the post-apocalyptic world of the chilling I Am Alive and sending hordes of the undead in All Zombies Must Die! back to the grave, all on PlayStation 3.

Once night falls in the Adventure District of PlayStation Home, the community comes out to play. Or rather, to make disgusting cocktails using spooky ingredients dotted around the area. Certain ingredients are rare and only appear at set times, so once you've found them, rush to Chuck's Bar to mix potions that could have incredible effects. Be warned, though - if you make a mistake with the formula it could be disastrous.

In Home Square, a familiar ghost threatens to give you the heebie-jeebies, while you can do the same to your friends with a spine-tingling parcel from Lockwood's Gift Machine. 

PlayStation will give you all of the treats with none of the nasty tricks this Halloween - but we can't say the same for the ghoulish figures huddling outside your front door... Happy Halloween!
