New customers
1. Go to psvitafirst.com
If you have not already signed in to PlayStation Network, you will be asked to enter your Sony Entertainment Network account details.
2. Verify your email address
Enter a valid email address and select Submit. This can be the same email address as the one used for your Sony Entertainment Network account.
3. Check your inbox
We will send you an email with a link to return to eu.playstation.com where you can enter your pre-order code.
4. Select your game
This is where you get to pick which game you would like to redeem your pre-order offer discount against.
Once you've made your selection, we will send you a voucher code within 72 hours to download free PlayStation Home content and a free PlayStation Network avatar.
The voucher code to download the discounted game as well as exclusive access to the Frobisher Says! app will be sent to you within 72 hours.
5. Redeem your voucher code
Access PlayStation Store from the PS Vita home screen and go to the options menu by tapping the button in the bottom right-hand corner of the touchscreen. Then select [Redeem Codes] and enter your voucher code details.
6. Find your game
Use the PlayStation Store navigation menu or the search functionality to locate and download your item.
Note: Make sure you have redeemed the voucher code as instructed in the previous step before you download the game to your PS Vita system in order to ensure that the discount is applied correctly.
Returning customers
If you previously registered your PS Vita pre-order code at eu.playstation.com, we will send you an email with a link back to eu.playstation.com.
1. Sign in to eu.playstation.com
Enter your Sony Entertainment Network account details. Once you're signed in, select Continue.
2. Select your game
This is where you get to pick which game you would like to redeem your pre-order offer discount against.
Once you've made your selection, we will send you a voucher code within 72 hours to download the discounted game as well as exclusive access to the Frobisher Says! app.
3. Redeem your voucher code
